Support Wheelchair Dance Sport and make a difference!

Following our Para Dance Sport Team’s astonishing results at the recent Dutch Open Para Dance Sport Championship in Amselveen in the Netherlands, Inclusive Dance UK need your help.

In addition to the six athletes who travelled to the Dutch Open Para Dance Sport Championship, Inclusive Dance UK have an aspiring group of dancers on our training pathway, waiting to join the Elite group who represent Great Britain at the very highest level.  

All our athletes are all currently self-funding, and supporting a heavy training regime whilst competing internationally is an expensive endeavour for each of them.

Inclusive Dance UK are striving to provide training and support throughout the UK to bring these remarkable athletes to the international arena.

Our athletes are paving the way and acting as role models for wheelchair users across the country, many of whom believe they have little prospect of ever achieving anything so exciting and fulfilling.

Social isolation and poor mental health outcomes are very real problems especially for those with mobility issues and Inclusive Dance UK provide a structured pathway of reward-based training and achievement acting as a lifeline for many who have few other avenues of expression.  Our medal tests and regional competitions provide inspiration and encouragement.
