Ray is a Fellow, Examiner, and Life Member of the United Kingdom Alliance, UKA Dance, in Ballroom, Latin American, Classical Sequence, Freestyle, Rock & Roll, Club Dance, Western Line Dancing, and the Theatre Branches, Founder & Presidium Member of the World Inclusive Dance Association, British Dance Council and World Dance Council Adjudicator. Ray’s long involvement in Music, Dance and Drama as a Trainer, Coach, Choreographer and Theatre Director has been extremely successful. He has been involved in the growth and success of many dance schools as a consultant and trouble shooter and is actively involved in training and mentoring in a wide range of genre. Ray has been established as a dance practitioner for over 45 years, with a reputation for providing the highest quality dance instruction, professional and competitive training.

She is an accomplished Business Operations professional with deep vertical experience in life sciences, in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, strategic procurement and R&D operations.
A British national, Physicist, Chartered Electrical Engineer, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply CIPS. Her board experience spans private and voluntary sectors formerly as Chair of Board of CIPS , and now member of the Strategic Advisory Boards for Veramed, a privately owned clinical research organization specializing in biometrics, Xyant Services, a technology company focused on tailored solutions in AI and data services.
Ansell Chezan
Board Member and Equality Officer
Director, Executive Council Member, Fellow and Examiner of UKA Dance, and a Life Member of the ISTD and IDTA.
He held International Championship Adjudicating Licences with the British Dance Council (BDC), World Dance Council (WDC), and International Dance Organization (IDO), BDC Scrutineers Licence, Chairman & Past President of the IDO Latino/Caribbean Committee, Lifetime Achievement Award for his work on the UK Salsa. He has written the Professional Syllabi for UKA Dance, covering Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Bollywood and Bellydance. From the age of 4, Ansell has been involved with dance; initially trained in Tap, Ballet and National. At 19 he was introduced to couple dancing, with Ballroom, Latin American and Old Time. He was one of the inaugural members of the UKA Club Dance Committee that introduced Salsa on a Qualified Professional level, for the very first time, and remains Chairman of that Division.
